My first response is absolutely - however, one might need to define "success." Is success, a bigger business, bigger church, higher education, greater power and influence? Or is "success" finding what God wants you to do and doing it? Redefining success does not negate the need to apply Biblical leadership principles in all areas of our lives not does it mean that we should not work to do well. But if by doing what God wants in the way He wants, I fail to meet traditional measures of success, I am still a success.

If we apply the biblical leadership principles in the secular world do you believe that we can be successful leaders; or does it only apply to our Christian relationships?
